Protein Pantry ("we", "us", "our") operates protein-pantry.com.au. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We are based in Australia and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Information we collect
- Email address — when you request our free recipes or purchase a product.
- Purchase details — processed by Stripe (our payment provider). We never see or store your full card details.
- Usage & device data — via analytics cookies (pages viewed, clicks, general location, device/browser), used to understand and improve the site and measure advertising.
Analytics & advertising measurement
We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to measure site performance and understand how visitors use the site. If we run advertising (for example Google Ads), we use conversion measurement to see which ads lead to sign-ups and purchases. These tools set cookies and may collect a device identifier, IP address, and on-site actions such as viewing a page, submitting the free-recipe form, starting checkout, and completing a purchase.
We do not sell your personal information. Aggregated, de-identified analytics may be used to improve our products and marketing.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them for essential site function and for the analytics/advertising measurement described above. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect how the site works. Where required, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies (see our cookie notice banner).
Payments
Payments are handled securely by Stripe. Your card information is provided directly to Stripe and is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy. We receive confirmation of payment and your email address to deliver your purchase.
How we use your information
- To deliver the free recipes and paid products you request.
- To send order confirmations and download links.
- To measure and improve our site and advertising.
- To send occasional marketing emails (you can unsubscribe anytime).
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business — currently Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Google (analytics/ads), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data on our behalf.
Your rights
